[LRUG] I Love Ruby

I stayed out of the gender conversation last time, but I'm going to stick
my neck out, and without meaning to speak on behalf of women, I'm just
going to say that it is exactly this kind of thing that makes the community
unwelcoming to women.
I can't count how many ways it is offensive to list female developers as a
number on a list of attractive features of a company.
