[LRUG] I Love Ruby

Quite. In a nutshell, to treat any human being as though they were a facility or form of compensation instead of having agency is so deeply and fundamentally disrespectful that the word "disrespectful" seems inadequate to the task, causing one to reach for, e.g., "misogyny" instead.

Compared to that, the fact that I don't especially like beer and can't stand it when people misspell "espresso" (see also twitter.com/yaykyle/status/347013342159847424) seem like positively trivial complaints.
