Fantastic post. I'd like to repost the comment I left on your blog here for clarity:

Great article but I'd like to point out that whilst I'm flattered by your comments, I'm not an agency recruiter. Hacker Jobs is very much an independent side project and my full-time day job is as the in-house Tech Recruitment Manager for Globaldev. I don't consult with any other companies and have literally zero intention of ever venturing back into the world of agency recruitment.

That being said, if you're a rubyist in London then there's an exceptionally high chance of running into me sooner rather than later as Globaldev are growing immensely.
