[LRUG] Secure / Encrypted Postgres and Redis

I would like an RDS / Redis cloud style managed thing as a service that
persists to an encrypted disk. Is such a service known to anyone?

I'm not super excited about managing my own database instances so I'm
really hoping there's something out there.
