[LRUG] Compiling C extensions on Windows

Hi everyone,

I maintain the websocket-driver gem, which has a tiny amount of code
written in C, with no links to shared libraries, just ruby.h. I just got a
report that it won't compile on Windows:

Unfortunately, I'm neither a C expert nor a Windows user. What should I do
about this? Do I need to package a separate windows build, like I do for
the JRuby version?
