Good morning all,

Came across this yesterday:

It's not necessarily a pleasant experience, but I recommend trying out two
or three of the IAT's that they link to at the beginning of the intro. I
got no-bias for a few of the tests but "Strong association of Male with
Science and Female with Liberal Arts" for the gender-science test.

For the people I work with, I'm hoping it leads to an open conversation
about our biases and steps we can take together to counteract them.
