[LRUG] [JOBS] Junior/Intermediate Looking for work

Hi all,

As a new Ruby on Rails developer in London, what is the best way of a) 
finding work and b) sussing out which companies have a good culture and 
would be a good fit for me? Obviously all the usual channels through 
regular job searching provide a deluge of offers but it's somewhat 
difficult to differentiate. Any help would be much appreciated.
