Hope you're all well. I've got an excellent opportunity at a late stage start up in central London. They are a really awesome company, about 40 people now, and they are looking for a senior/lead Ruby developer to join them for a salary of around £65,000-£70,000.

The company itself was listed by Bloomberg as one of the most innovative companies in London and also on Time Out as one of the best offices to work in within London. They've got loads of cool perks including flexible works hours, free drink and food and a very generous share scheme amounting to 5% of your salary per year which is already worth about 4 times its value.

The company has loads going on for them - They've already had astonishing success and most importantly have an atmosphere that'll make you feel a part of the company rather than just another worker bee. This is for someone who is looking to embrace the ideals of a really great start up and become part of its success.
