[LRUG] [EVENT] Invite: 'Faster than Lightning' code talks at Unboxed – 17th August

For those interested, Unboxed is holding the next session of quick-fire code talks ("Faster than Lightning") tomorrow evening (17th) and we still have some places available for attendees and code submissions. Please check out the info and link below if you’d be interested in coming along.

Date: Thursday 17th August
Time: 18:30 - 20:00 (drinks, pizza and chat from 18:30, with talks starting at 19:00)

Location: Unboxed, 17 Blossom Street, London, E1 6PL
 
What is 'Faster than Lightning'?
'Faster than Lightning' is a series of very short and informal talks (around three minutes each), based around a snippet of code that you find interesting and/or conversation-worthy. Each talk is then followed by a casual group discussion.
 
We welcome submissions of any programming language and from developers of all experience levels. The idea is about getting to know a little about what other developers have been working on, with the code snippet as a talking point. Snippet submissions are optional, but the more the merrier.
