Happy new year everyone!

Hope everyone had a nice break over Christmas and New Year.

I've been working at carwow for over 2 years now and we have gone through
some really exciting growth. When I joined, we were only 7 in the
engineering team and now we have over 30 talented engineers that I am
really glad to be working with.

Last year was an interesting time for us as we went through series C
funding and had a further $39m invested into us. This has brought forward a
number of big projects that are kicking off in 2018 and we are looking for
developers at all levels to join our team.

Here's some of the reasons why our team (myself included) like working here:


   - Super Dog-friendly office, once we had 7 in the office
   - Working from home 1 day a week
   - Barista coffee so none of this Nespresso nonsense
   - Option to work 4 days a week (3 day weekends forever)
   - Very generous salary! (not just competitive)
   - We're global, kinda... we have an awesome office in Germany and 2018
   will add a few more countries
   - We went to Strange loop in St.Louis this year as well as Full stack
   fest in Barcelona. Not only was this great for learning we just enjoyed
   going abroad
   - Annual company ski trip, we are going to Austria again later this
   month!
