Hello,
I'm hiring for a permanent Principal Developer, to join the team here at Bloom
& Wild <https://www.bloomandwild.com/> in London.
We're using technology to create the UK's fastest growing flower and
gifting company. Deloitte have also named us as being the second fastest
growing tech company in the UK and we are part of the Tech City Future
Fifty programme (previous alumni include ao.com, Just Eat, Graze, Farfetch,
Made.com).
As Principal Developer you will lead our technology strategy, mentor our
team of developers and ensure that we build a best-in-class e-commerce
platform and customer experience. Our stack includes Ruby, Ruby on Rails,
Angular, plus iOS and Android apps.
This is a key technical leadership position so to be considered you’ll need
to have experience of working in a lead developer position or similar, with
an in-depth knowledge of current and emerging web and e-commerce
technologies. Ideally you will have worked on a customer facing product
(e/m-commerce experience is a bonus) for a growing startup, and as part of
one or more multidisciplinary agile teams.
We’re hard-working with a relaxed culture, supportive of flexible working,
with a strong and collaborative vibe. Everyone is very sociable, with
regular company-wide lunches, drinks and Bloom & Go Wild trips. When you
start you’ll be able choose whatever laptop you need to get the job done, a
widescreen monitor to plug into, comfy chair and whatever other tools you
need.
Plus 25 days holiday, a competitive salary and company pension.
Here's more details: https://bloom-and-wild.workable.com/j/9453A60137, if
you'd like to find out more then contact me at steve at bloomandwild.com.
Thanks
Steve
