Hi everyone,
I'm Layon, Head of Development at IAND, we are currently looking for a
Mid-level full stack developer and a Senior Developer / Development Lead to
join our team.

*About us*

IAND is an ambitious startup that is working with some of the UK’s largest
companies to simplify their business intelligence regarding projects,
partners and teams.
We are located in central London, 5 minutes from Angel underground station.

*Our stack*
We have a pretty standard technology stack, composed of:

   - Ruby on Rails as the backend API
   - React powering our frontend
   - Postgresql as our database
   - Heroku, AWS S3, Github, Slack


*Mid-level Full stack developer (Ability to work from home 3-4 days a week)*

For this position, we are looking for someone who is passionate about
building high-quality code and has experience in doing so using Ruby on
Rails and React.
We expect this person to be proactive and to help us build great products
effectively.

*Senior Developer / Development Lead (**Ability to work from home 2-3 days
a week**)*

For this position, we are looking for someone that besides being hands-on
and writing code (full stack capabilities) also has leadership and
management skills.
We expect this person to be involved in helping shape the strategic
direction of the company and oversee the ongoing development of our
platform.
