[LRUG] IR35 Event

Good morning everyone!


I know a lot of developers in the Ruby community are working as contractors
so I thought it would worth mentioning an event I'm putting on in December
and hopefully this is helpful for a few people! :)


With the impending IR35 changes in the private sector around contractors -
I know a lot of people have been confused as to how this will actually
affect them! Myself and Opus are running two workshops to help contractors
prepare for the new regulations coming in April 2020 and another event for
businesses who hire contractors.

The event will be held in our London office (Moorgate) between 6.30pm-8.30pm
on 5th December 2019.

*About this Event*

These events aim to get all affected individuals in one place along with
legal and tax experts to discuss the implications on contract hiring. The
key challenges and their impact, the changes that will be required to stay
compliant as well as getting advice from peers and industry experts.



Alternatively if you cannot attend the session our Managing Director Rory
McGowan is available to have a call to discuss and try to answer any
questions or queries you may have.
