Hi everyone,

There's never been a more important time to build technology to support
worker's rights and Organise are hiring a full-stack Ruby software engineer
to do just that! I share an office space with them and built some of their
original products - they're a really exciting team with lots of ambitious
ideas. There's a huge amount of scope to shape the product and technical
implementation as they've just received funding to build out their platform.

I'd say that a big benefit of working for them is getting to share the
office with great people, but the job can be fully-remote (worldwide) if
desired.

Job ad is here: https://lnkd.in/gAjTDQM

They're striving to build a team that reflects the diversity of the
community and is truly inclusive. They welcome applications from
under-represented groups, particularly people of colour, trans and
non-binary people, and disabled people.

Any questions on the role or the organisation feel free to reply to me, or
email their CTO Bex at bex at organise.org.uk.

Best,
James
