[LRUG] Paid video content

We want to provide paid video content. I'm looking for the easiest/quickest
path that allows us to have some control over sharing of content. I'm
imagining a solution that involves an embedded player and video links that
expire.

I believe that I could roll my own solution using AWS but it's not clear to
me how hard that will be. Vimeo doesn't seem to do what I need.
https://api.video/ possibly does but they're tiny.

Can anyone share any relevant experience?
