I don’t know Neil, but my team is using Progression and I thought I’d chime
in with an outsider’s perspective.

The product itself has been really useful for us as we add structure and
explicit expectations for our 25-person technology team.

The Progression team have been really helpful and responsive to our
questions and (very minor!) but reports. We’ve also had some great chats
with their product manager about how we’re trying to use the product with
our team, and the kind of features that would help us with that.

So a 4–6 week contract seems worth a punt for maybe getting to work with a
lovely team.
