[LRUG] i18n and strings in config/locales

Hi LRUG,
I wondered how do people handle in-app strings? Especially in terms of:

* Ability to edit text/copy in locale files, without requiring a commit or
dev interaction/time
* Some workflow around translations

Last few apps I've used Localeapp but that was a while ago, am interest in
other alternatives/experiences.
