[LRUG] i18n and strings in config/locales

Good Afternoon Lee.

I seem to remember some projects I worked on a long time ago used to use https://github.com/globalize/globalize however I believe that’s been replaced with https://github.com/shioyama/mobility. Although I’ve not looked at translations in a long time so YMMV!
