TL;DR Ruby/Rails Engineer | Full-time | Perm | £50-60k | Remote (UK)

I’m the Lead Developer for a startup called The Room <https://theroom.recruitee.com/> that matches brands (e.g. O2, NowTV, Sweaty Betty, Tag Heuer, Snickers, Lexus, Lululemon, Jaguar and many more) with social influencers that have an authentic interest in those brands, for their mutual benefit. We won the grand prize at MAD//FEST for ‘Most exciting tech-start up 2021’.

We’re looking for a Ruby/Rails Software Engineer <https://theroom.recruitee.com/o/software-engineer-ruby-on-rails-remote-uk-london> to help us build the next generation of our platform.

We’re a pretty small team (CTO, 1 PM, 1 designer, 5 devs), so you’ll be able to have a big impact. You’ll also help us solve some interesting technical challenges.
