We are looking for Senior Ruby Developers x3+ to join a FinTech start-up
that is approaching a really exciting & challenging stage.

As for the challenge, an overview:

   - ️Scaling and designing a system from a monolithic handling 200 clients
   to one that can handle 2000
   - Processing 10s of thousands of transactions daily, while still being
   able to give decisions quickly
   - Solving complexity of multiple integrations with many 3rd parties for
   new international launches
   - Adding several new products and features while improving client
   experience for the current product.

The Techy Bits -

   - Ruby
   - Ruby on Rails
   - PostgreSQL
   - Heroku
   - AWS & GCP
   - Kafka

We have 3 working options:

   - UK based Remote
   - Spain Based Remote
   - London based office should you wish

Up to £85,000 depending on experience.
