Hi all, I am currently looking for several Lead Engineers across a variety
of sectors including Education, Music, E-Commerce and Fin-Tech.

Coupled with excellent Ruby/Rails experience, we are looking for Engineers
who have an interest and enthusiasm to help others improve via mentoring,
coaching and leading by example. Hopefully, you’ll still really enjoy
writing code of the highest standards too.

Some prior experience leading a small team would be ideal but these
opportunities could also suit an ambitious Senior Ruby Engineer who wants
to take on more responsibility and have more impact. You’ll be tasked with
positively influencing the development team processes, standards and
overall culture.

You can work fully remote from anywhere in the UK or if you'd like, you can
spend some time on-site in London meeting colleagues and other departments
face to face, it’s entirely up to you.

Core hours are 10 am - 4 pm with some flexibility on either side and the
salaries range from £75,000 up to £90,000 + Bonus in some cases.
