Hi Everyone,

unfortunately at our last meeting an attendee said some rather unwelcoming things to one of our speakers during a conversation after the talks.

This is a reminder that under our code of conduct (https://readme.lrug.org) making people feel uncomfortable or unwelcome is not tolerated and that what matters is whether than person felt unwelcome/excluded etc, not what your intent was at the time.

It’s not easy getting this right, but we want to be better - we’ll be clearer about our code of conduct at future meetings and about what to do if you see or experience something untoward.
