[LRUG] [ANN] February meeting details - talks still needed

Hi again!

We’ve got one last talk to announce which brings us to a full complement of
8 talks!

* “How to Stop Being a Subject Matter Expert” by Luke Thomas

For a refresher the other 7 talks are:

happy developer!” by Martin Tomov
* “Be More GARY: How to up your RSpec Game” by Scott Matthewman
* “Making games with ruby” by Paolo Fabbri
