[LRUG] Elastic search in rails app

Hello everyone,

I need to find a person who has experience with Elastic search, and can
help me with a related problem - likely involving some indexes becoming too
large, in a rails app.

Probably 4-6 hours total (possibly much less), whenever convenient, and
paid for, of course.

Elastic search works in slightly mysterious ways, so it's the kind of thing
where  some solid experience with it will be extremely helpful.

Do let me know if you can help, or know someone who can.
