Hi people!

We at Beam<https://beam.org/> have a greenfield project that we've just started - Magic Notes - https://magicnotes.ai/ - that is getting a lot of interest from councils, so this gets us looking for one more developer to join our team.

We're looking for a Senior Full Stack Ruby developer. You'll be the 4th developer in the team, joining our founder Julian<https://www.linkedin.com/in/juliankeenaghan/>, Dan<https://www.linkedin.com/in/basicallydan/> and myself<https://www.linkedin.com/in/martin-tomov>.

We work across both frontend and backend with server-side rendered views. Besides the standard Rails & Turbo + Postgres + OpenAI APIs, we've recently started using Phlex<https://www.phlex.fun/> for view components and Alpinejs<http://alpinejs.dev> for Javascript.

We have a large, dedicated office in Hoxton as the company is actually about 100 people.
