Me again. Had some good chats with Ruby Team Leads following my last email. Still looking to speak with other Ruby TLs.

TLDR – also helping a SaaS healthtech hire Principal Engineers.

You'd shape architecture and strategy across multiple squads, work closely with engineering/product leadership, and influence how tech is built and scaled.

You'll design and improve system architecture, ensuring its scalability, security and reliability.

You'll help them introduce AI and improve their automation.

You'll get lots of autonomy and have a significant influence on the team's direction.

Tech is Ruby, TypeScript, JavaScript, Postgres and AWS.

The role is remote with once-a-quarter meetups.

It’s a high-impact, strategic role - not just building systems, but shaping them.
