Do people who advertise jobs on LinkedIn realise that, uniquely among job ad platforms, they're inaccessible to anyone without a LinkedIn account? It's not just that you can't reply, you can't even see the ad.

I don't have a LinkedIn account and I'm reticent to sign up for yet another social media account, with all the distractions and obligations that entails. My opinion doesn't really matter, and it's perfectly reasonable not to care what I think - maybe my opposition towards joining a business social network automatically disqualifies me for the job! - but I can't be the only one who follows a link, ends up at a loginwall, and closes the tab.
