Wordtracker is a small company of around 15 people and our offices
are based in Kentish Town, London. We specialise in keywords, data
analysis, mining and extracting meaning out of online data.

We're building our web team and looking for a front end rails
developer to join and develop both our current (http://
www.wordtracker.com) and future web applications.

We've been using agile and XP across our company since we started and
as a result our roles include pairing time with other sysadmins,
developers and management. The style is informal (a tie free zone).
Most of what we do we haven't done before, so Wordtracker is very
much a learning organisation. At Wordtracker we work from Tuesday to
Friday, some take monday off, others utilize monday for their own
projects. Starting times are also very flexible.

The core skills are the ability to build a web standards compliant
application, to liaise with stakeholders and to work in an agile
development team. The technical skills required are Rails, CSS,
XHTML and Javascript. If the above sounds interesting and you'd like
to be part of a dynamic fast evolving company please email your cv or
website to rails at wordtracker.com.
