[LRUG] Low usage production server options?

Hi Simon,

The Pragmatic Programmers have a beta book called "Deploying Rails  
Applications". I've purchased it and it's pretty good and it has a  
substantial chapter on deploying on Windows where it describes how to  
do it, and why you shouldn't :-). "The Rails Way" also has a couple  
chapters which I have not yet read, but by glancing at the ToC, they  
might be a bit high level.
