[LRUG] Chat Digest, Vol 38, Issue 5

Hi Tim,

I feel that the two weeks are designed to be as beneficial for the person as
possible - we're keen that they have a good experience with us and learn
about how we work. There's also some element of mentoring involved, where
we can show them around the way we would approach different challenges.

Having run successful placements with design and film graduates (some of
which have come inboard) and it seems that those that participate have
really enjoyed their time with us, and the projects they've been involved
in.

And I whole heatedly agree about your idea of open sourcing code - it's
something we're looking at with a couple of planned projects.

Kind regards,
Ian
