We've got some rare (shiny<https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gameplay_of_Pok%C3%A9mon#Shiny_Pok.C3.A9mon>) roles in right now that up until this point in the year the demand has outstripped supply.

Ruby:

Entry Level/Junior:

·         We're currently building a team for a late stage start-up in the property industry that has two entry level Junior Ruby positions.

·         Entry Level - Ideal for someone who has completed one of the boot camps, is fresh out of a computer science degree, or is converting from another language.

·         Two senior developers around to mentor & teach new recruits.

·         Paying £25k-35k.

Mid-level:

·         Currently working with a Ruby shop that specialises in high performance web apps for the fin-tech sphere.

·         Excellent mid-level role where you'll be given the perfect balance of autonomy to work how you want to work while mainlining mentorship & guidance when you need it from excellent senior developers

·         Great place to go senior.

·         £40-55k depending on experience.

·         Huge range of other Mid-level Roles.

·         Some companies offering arrangements such as 1-2 days working from home.

Senior:

·         Onsite- Up-to-£80k

·         Fully Remote- up-to-£65k (once every month or two meetup in the UK)

·         Contract - £400-500 /day

·         Plethora of roles in a variety of industries.

·         Some companies offering arrangements such as 1-2 days working from home.

·         Two companies offering Visa's for exceptional Seniors with hugely impressive portfolios/career histories.

Tech-lead:

·         £80-90k or £450-500 /day

·         Prestigious Ruby teams.

Non-Ruby:

CTO:

·         Only work 3 days a week. 1 day from home - 2 onsite

·         £70-75k

·         Predominantly Strategic management CTO role - (Python shop)

iOS:

·         Permanent: Up-to-£85k

·         Contract: £400-£450 /day

·         Working alongside well known ruby shops.

Javascript developers

·         Multiple onsite JS roles - up-to-£75k

·         Remote up to £60k.

UX design

·         Remote contract - £400-450 /day
