[LRUG] [JOBS] Pobble - Funded EdTech company looking for developers

Hi el-rug'ers,

Pobble are a funded EdTech start-up currently located in the Microsoft
Ventures accelerator near Liverpool Street, having just been accepted to
their current cohort for the next 4 months.

We're a mission-driven company, aiming to improve literacy rates across the
globe.  We do this by providing a publishing platform to teachers and
schools - getting students handwritten work published to a global audience.

Pobble has the largest publicly available collection of hand-written
children's work in the world and its growing everyday.  We're looking for
bright and enthusiastic people to help us take this wonderful foundation
and grow its applications and audience.

Our tech stack is Ruby-on-rails (Rails v4.2.2), Postgresql, AngularJS
(1.4.2), Redis, ElasticSearch all running in AWS, all deployed as Docker
containers.

We'd love to speak to people who primarily are excited about our mission
and understand why literacy is so important to society.  Ideally you would
also tell us enthusiastically about other projects you've worked on using
similar or equally interesting technologies.

We have two roles to fill;  a mid-level front-end and senior backend
developer, both full-time onsite at Microsoft Ventures.

Unfortunately, we cannot make tonight's meet-up but want to attend next
