I have been given a few opportunities for Junior ( or Mid) Ruby on Rails Developers for a leading Fintech in London who are growing massively. We are looking for candidates with at least 1 year of commercial experience with Backend Ruby on Rails experience, and my client are offering starting salaries of £38K plus great benefits, and flexible working (currently 100% remote until late this year / early next year), and a very structured career path.  You will have experience coding in a TDD environment, OOP and best practises.

Candidates from an Academic or Bootcamp background are fine, as long as you have commercial experience.

Interview process: Telephone interview - Tech test - Final stage.
