[LRUG] [JOBS] Senior Rubyist available for a few months

Hi LRUG, 

I’ve got some availability starting in a couple of weeks, if anyone is looking for an extra person to join their project or team. I'm not based in London anymore, so this would be mostly remote - though I'm happy to come in for key meetings or a week of kickoff, etc. 

I’m an experienced full-stack developer, leaning towards the backend. Using Rails since before v1. I've recently been doing more Elixir and Clojure as well.

I've got a strong history in small business and startups. I especially like helping founders build/test/launch their first products. I consider myself business-first: validating ideas with minimal budget rather than building big pre-emptive software systems. I can help across the full stack, helping you plan your business approach through to shipping complete products. I can also help with technical strategy, hiring, training etc. 

Previously I've led teams (at smaller companies, doing lots of actual coding).  I’ve founded my own companies, was Head of Software at Beano.com ( http://beano.com/ ) (the children’s comic), and worked for companies in various incubators (YCombinator, Techstars, etc). I'm looking for something hands-on rather than management, I'm still very technical.
