[LRUG] Paid video content

I've used Mux <https://mux.com/> for this in the past; they have good
support for authenticated video links using signed playback IDs
<https://docs.mux.com/docs/security-signed-urls>. They also have good
support for all the transcoding stuff, which is helpful.
