Hey folks,

Back in September I emailed about three roles we were hiring for - I'm
happy to say that two have been filled, but the last one is proving a
little trickier.

I originally shared it as Software Developer III, but we've now increased
the range to cover both IC3 (Software Developer III) and IC4 (Senior
Software Developer) on our career progression framework.

Senior Software Developer

Charlie builds progressive HR solutions for startups and ambitious small

Our tech stack is all the usual LRUG suspects: a Rails 6.1 monolith with
PostgreSQL, Sidekiq, etc. all hosted on Heroku. Our CI runs in less than 7
minutes and we aren't skimping on coverage :)
