[LRUG] [JOBS] Rails Engineer (Mid/Senior), flexible remote/on-site

Hi all 👋 We're building a brand new UK based engineering team and I'm
looking for a few mid/senior level polyglot engineers with strong Rails
experience.

💰 Salary ranges from £40k - £80k depending on experience.

⚽️ We're an online sports publication (no sports experience or knowledge
required!!), and are building a new platform in Rails to serve editions
published in a number of different countries across the globe. We're using:

   - Rails 7
   - Postgres
   - Sidekiq
   - AWS
   - GitHub + Actions

🧑‍💻 It's a great opportunity to be involved this early on in the
technical decision making. There are lots of interesting challenges, as
we're working to replace a legacy CMS. We collaborate as a team and don't
work in silos. We aspire to use best practices and write code that we can
all be proud of that is reliable, readable and maintainable.

🏡 Working arrangements are flexible. Remote is ok, and so is office based
(we have an office in Vauxhall, London, and also one to open in Leeds
soon). There may be the odd meeting once a month where you'd need to travel
to London.

🤝 We are seeking permanent staff hires, and not looking for contractors
currently.
