[LRUG] [JOBS] Anyone know a good freelance, fractional Agile Coach?

Once again, I'm posting a non-Ruby-related job, but everyone here is so
nice, I always have more luck here than other tech mailing lists:)

I'm working with a small, established company, which is diversifying into
its first end-to-end digital product. It has created an MVP, but hasn't
really been doing things in a properly Agile way.

I can point out the problems, and even describe the solutions, but I don't
have the bandwidth or skills to get them on track. Despite having become a
complete Scrum zealot, over the years, I am not a trained Agile
practitioner, and have much else to do...

The ideal thing would be a freelancer who can do some deep dives, help
define the roles properly, maybe even splitting up teams differently, and
then oversee things, until some good habits are deeply entrenched.

There is great willingness to get things right, but they need help.
