[LRUG] Running production apps on Heroku

Hey Matt

My experience is that their non-premium support is slow.  If you have an
issue, you're at the whim of their generic business hours 1 day turnaround
support.

Pricing IMHO is OK given the amount of time saved from benefiting from
their platform.  We have almost all of our infrastructure here at Ably (
https://www.ably.io/network) on AWS, but still host quite a few web assets
on Heroku for the sheer simplicity and speed to get things running.
